Getting Help With Your Payment—Talk With Us Early, We Can Help

Being assessed late fees and having services turned off can often be avoided by making arrangements with our Customer Service Department. These arrangements are made based on the individual customer’s need and past payment history. Assistance is also available through certain outside agencies. These agencies include Coordinated Charities, SouthEast Tennessee Human Resource Agency (SETHRA), and various area churches. For more information, contact our Customer Service Department at (423) 745-4501. If we can help, we will.
