MUNICIPAL AUDIT SERVICES

Athens Utilities Board is seeking proposals from certified public accounting firms to prepare a complete financial and compliance audit of the Utility. All in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee and the outlined specifications identified in the RFP document.

Proposals shall be received at AUB’s main office located at 100 New Englewood Road, until Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. local time.

Proposals shall be submitted in a single sealed outer envelope containing two parts, (1) Sealed envelope containing the technical aspects of the proposal, and (2) Sealed envelope containing the proposed cost.  All labeled as identified in the proposal documents.

AUB reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all proposals.
